Fill in all your contact details and also the model you wish to order
Email it to us. We will then call you back as soon as we have received
this (Mon-Sat 9am - 5pm), or at the date and time you request.
We will then confirm all the details with you over the phone and collect the 20% deposit from your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay the deposit with a cheque in the post this is also acceptable.
A confirmation of the full order will then be posted to you with a receipt for your deposit payment.
Delivery and Balance Payment
When your order is ready to be delivered we will phone you to book a convenient date & time. Usually we can offer a two hour slot for delivery on the selected date. Payment of the balance is usually collected by our delivery men via a cheque or cash. If you intend to pay the balance with a credit/debit card, please let us know this when we arrange the delivery.
Please note if the goods are to be bought by a charity on your behalf we do ask for full payment on ordering of the goods.
