The medimatic adjustable bed mechanism can be supplied instead of the standard mechanisms on any of our 2'6" & 3'0" width bases. This action has a five part adjustable mechanism with a 4 motor system, two for profiling and two for lifting. This means that it makes the users needs easier to cater for as any carer will find that the extra 14" height lift from the flat position much safer. It looks like any standard bed when flat, but operates like a hospital bed when needed rising upto 14" from the flat position.
